What the practice collects, why, how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Who processes your data

The controller is the Dr. Mohamed el Amine Tber, Cardiovascular Surgeon, Riad Marshan Clinic, 18 Hasnouna Street, Av. Ibn Hazm, Tangier, Morocco. Contact: [email protected], +212 661 942 375.

The treatment is carried out in accordance with the Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the decisions of the CNDP. Health data is considered medical confidentiality.

What we collect

Appointment request

Name and first name, phone, e-mail when you provide it, reason for consultation, date and niche. This information is only used to remind you and to organize the consultation.

Contact form

Name, contact information and content of your message. We will answer you and then keep the exchange for the time necessary to follow up your request.

Conversational Assistant

Messages exchanged with the site's assistant or on WhatsApp are recorded to track the request and improve the quality of the responses. Do not provide detailed medical information or test results : these exchanges are not intended for diagnosis.

Medical file

When you become a patient at the practice, the consultation data, records, prescriptions and documents transmitted are recorded in the medical file, covered by professional secrecy. This file is separate from the site: it is accessible to the only healthcare staff at the practice.

Hearing action

The site uses Google Tag Manager to load audience measurement tools. These tools collect technical data such as page views, visit time, device type and a truncated IP address. They do not allow you to identify yourself name and are never crossed with your medical file.

Why we treat them

Make and arrange appointments, respond to your requests, ensure medical care and follow-up, comply with the legal obligations of the practice, and measure the audience of the site to improve it.

How long

Appointment requests and messages not followed by a consultation: 12 months.
Conversations with the assistant: 12 months.
Medical record: kept according to the obligations applicable to the medical practice, and then archived.
Hearing statistics: 14 months maximum.

Who has access to it

Dr. Tber and the practice's staff held to professional secrecy. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Technical providers are strictly involved in the operation of the service: hosting the site and medical records, e-mail, routing WhatsApp messages and audience measurement. They act on instructions from the practice and do not use your data on their own account.

Where your data are hosted

The website and the medical file are hosted on a dedicated server located in the European Union, which offers a recognised level of protection. Backups remain on the same infrastructure.

Security

Encrypted connection to the entire site, access to the medical record by name account and password, limited rights depending on the role of each member of the practice, log of access and modifications, regular backups.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and object to your data, under the conditions laid down by law 09-08. To exercise it, write to [email protected] or send a letter to the practice. An ID may be requested to avoid disclosure to a third party. You can also enter the CNDPMoroccan supervisory authority.

Access to the elements of your medical record is done in accordance with the ethical framework, if necessary during an interview with the doctor.

Cookies

The site will drop a technical cookie necessary for the security of the forms and for maintaining your session. It is not used for advertising tracking and cannot be disabled without preventing the sending of the forms. Hearing measurement tools loaded by Google Tag Manager can store their own cookies: you can refuse them from your browser settings, or browse in private mode.
